If the "Company File" box is blank, check that:

  1. You are using MYOB AccountRight (Standard, Plus or Premier), not a similar MYOB product (such as Essentials or AccountEdge), 
  2. You are using MYOB AccountRight v2011 or later, not the desktop version of AccountRight (v19 and eariler), and
  3. Your company file is stored on the cloud and not on your local computer. In the bottom right-hand corner of your MYOB AccountRight, make sure it has a green box with "online" in it:
