If the "Company File" box is blank, check that:
- You are using MYOB AccountRight (Standard, Plus or Premier), not a similar MYOB product (such as Essentials or AccountEdge),
- You are using MYOB AccountRight v2011 or later, not the desktop version of AccountRight (v19 and eariler), and
- Your company file is stored on the cloud and not on your local computer. In the bottom right-hand corner of your MYOB AccountRight, make sure it has a green box with "online" in it:
